Our Farming Practices
We Try to Use ?
CSA's are communities of individuals (or families) who pledge to support local farms by purchasing a share of their expected yields in advance. In return the "shareholder" receives a portion of the fresh produce as the crops mature during the season.
This arrangement not only provides the necessary working capital to support the farmer and maintain operations, but also provides CSA shareholders an ability to reconnect with their food production and foster a relationship with a local business person.
The Guild of St. Fiacre CSA Program
In our second year of operation, the Guild thought launching a CSA program would be an optimal way to provide value to our local community. We look forward to being being able to serve and appreciate the patience and support of our customers as we try to establish our farm.
Two types of CSA shares will be offered this season: a Spring/Summer share and a Summer/Fall share, each lasting approximately 10 weeks. Please click the link below if you are interested purchasing a share of our yields!
