Why do the type of crops for sale vary so much?

Right now our farm is still in the building process and we are still working to get to full capacity. In the meantime, there will likely be a noticeable variance in the variety and quantity of produce available. 

 

 

Do you do farm tours?

We would very much like to bring people to the farm and let them see and understand our growing methods. However, since we are still working to get the farm to full capacity, we are not offering tours at the moment.

 

 

How do I pick up my order?

We get orders to customers in a variety of ways. The exact details are listed when you checkout via our web-store but in general:

1. You can pickup your order at the farm during the designated days and times.

2. You can pickup your order at any drop-points we have setup during the appointed days and times.

3. We can work with you to arrange a special pickup or delivery if possible (however, due to time and logistical considerations we

     may not be able to accommodate).

4. In special circumstances or during promotional periods we make deliveries.

 

I forgot to pick up my order and I already paid, can I get a refund?

If you simply missed your pick up time, please contact us and we will try to make every reasonable accommodation to get your order to you.

 

If you missed your pick up and no longer want your order we must, in fairness, insist on receiving payment since this perishable product was specifically reserved for you.

 

However, we want to be square-dealers with our customers. Please let us know as soon as possible if you desire to cancel your order and we will make every effort to find another buyer and refund you some portion (or potentially all) of your order amount.

Can I get the Guild’s product at any farmer’s markets?

The Guild is always seeking opportunities to get our healthy produce to customers. Please click hear for a list of any upcoming events that we will be at.

What forms of payment do you accept?

The Guild accepts cash, personal checks, debit cards, and most major credit cards.

What happens if I am not happy with the quality of vegetables on my order?

We at the Guild wants everyone to be satisfied with their purchase. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order and we will try to satisfy any issues you may have. 

Is there a CSA available?

Since the Guild is still in its inaugural phase, we are going to hold-off on a CSA option until we perfect our consistency and quality.
